What is your order cut off time for next working day delivery?

Our cut of time is 3pm, however if you are ordering after this time please ask as we may still be able to send the goods out if the courier hasn't left.

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive an email from the delivery company with your tracking details. If you have not received this please contact us and we will get the tracking details for you.

Are all you products in stock?

The vast majority of products are available from stock. If an item is out of stock we will endeavor to contact you within 30 minutes of receiving your order (during office hours). If we are unable to supply your order within your required timescale we will always try to offer an alternative if one is available. If this is not possible we will offer a full refund.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, please contact us in advance of travelling to ensure we have the product at the correct location before you arrive.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Mon-Thursday 8-45am - 16-30pm and Friday 8-45-16-00pm, we are closed weekends and all England bank holidays
