Terms and Conditions
Statutory Rights
All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.

The Contract
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Link Media Supplies Ltd. Unit 2 Evans Business Centre, Jessop Close, Brunel Business Park, Newark On Trent, NG24 2AG (the supplier)

A contract does not exist between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received your order (which will be acknowledged by email) and the Supplier has received payment in full, Once payment has been received by the Supplier, there is a binding legal contract between us which will be subject to these terms and conditions.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).

Returns & Refunds
The Supplier has a 7 day money back guarantee. Goods must be returned to the Supplier within seven days of purchase and we will refund your money or exchange the product. All returns for credit or refund must have prior approval from Link Media Supplies Ltd and any items received without approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost.

We will not refund or exchange any item that has been opened, used or tampered with.

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state that you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of the day after delivery. Goods must be returned at your expense, unopened and in a resalable condition. Please contact our customer services on 01636 642777 if you wish to cancel your order.

We aim to process all refunds after receipt of returned goods within 7/10 days.

Faulty Goods
We will replace any goods that prove to be faulty. We must be notified of any fault within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning faulty goods together with a description of the fault. If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for examination before we are able to supply a replacement.
Costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and insured method of carriage.

Guarantees
All consumables supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. For further information please contact us on 01636 642777

Delivery
Where possible all deliveries are made by next day courier service providing the order has been placed by 3.00 pm the previous day, any discrepancies in delivery must be notified by telephone ( 01636 642777 ) within three days of the delivery date.

Link Media Supplies agrees to supply and you agree to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions, which shall supersede any terms and conditions on any purchase order or document that you submit to Link Media Supplies Ltd. These terms and conditions supersede and take precedence over any previous terms and conditions.

Limited Liability
Link Media Supplies Ltd shall not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or losses however caused.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
